Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by participant

• If you cancel at least 7 days before the workshop start date, you will receive a full refund of the registration fee, less any payment-gateway charges.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are not eligible for a refund. However, you may transfer your seat to another person or to a future edition of the workshop by informing us before the workshop begins.
• No refund is given for no-shows or partial attendance.

Cancellation or rescheduling by Nadi Vaidya Gurukul

If we cancel or reschedule a workshop, you may choose either a full refund or a free seat in the rescheduled/next edition.

Email nadivaidyagurukul@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp +91 89507 70385 with your order number. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Delivery

This is a service (in-person training at Vrindavan). No physical goods are shipped; confirmation is sent by email/WhatsApp after registration.
