Ayurvedic and Yogic Plan for Constipation
Introduction
Constipation, a common digestive issue, can be effectively managed through Ayurvedic principles and Yogic practices. Ayurveda emphasizes balancing the body’s doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) through diet, lifestyle, and natural remedies, while Yoga promotes physical and mental wellness. This comprehensive plan integrates both traditions to enhance digestion and regularity.
